Site Evaluation Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in Ike's Vending! Our complimentary on-site evaluations are designed to help us understand your location and recommend the best vending or break room solution for your business. Appointment Requests Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your appointment. All requested times are reviewed to ensure they fit our service schedule. Once reviewed, you will receive an email confirming your appointment or, if needed, we'll contact you to arrange a more convenient time. What to Expect During your on-site evaluation, we'll tour your location, discuss your goals, evaluate available space, and learn about your employees, customers, or tenants. This allows us to recommend the vending or refreshment solution best suited to your needs. Typical evaluations take approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of your location. Preparing for Your Visit To make the most of our time together, we recommend that someone familiar with the location and authorized to discuss workplace amenities be present during the evaluation. Rescheduling or Canceling If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows us to accommodate other businesses waiting for an evaluation. Service Area Complimentary site evaluations are available for businesses located within our regular Los Angeles County service area. Requests outside our standard service area may require additional review before confirmation. No Obligation Our site evaluations are provided at no cost and with no obligation.
